Data We Collect

Emerveil does not collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or precise location.

Data You Create in the App

All content you create in the App (including places, lists, notes, and projects) is stored locally on your device.

If you enable iCloud sync, this content may also be stored in your private iCloud database using Apple CloudKit to synchronize data across your devices.

iCloud / CloudKit

When iCloud sync is enabled:

• Your data is synced via Apple CloudKit.
• The developer does not have access to your iCloud data.
• Sync behavior depends on your Apple ID, iCloud availability, and network connection.

You can disable iCloud access for Emerveil at any time in Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Emerveil.

Purchases and Subscriptions

The App uses Apple's In-App Purchase system for paid features.

All payments are processed by Apple through the user's Apple ID. The App does not collect, store, or have access to any payment or credit card information.

Analytics and Tracking

Emerveil does not use third-party analytics SDKs and does not track users across apps or websites.

Data Deletion

You can delete your data at any time by removing it within the App or by deleting the App from your device.

If iCloud sync is enabled, data may remain in iCloud until managed or removed through iOS iCloud settings.

Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL with an updated "Last updated" date.
