Terms of Use — Emerveil

These Terms of Use are supplemental to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (“Apple EULA”).

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Apple EULA, the Apple EULA shall prevail.

License

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, strictly in accordance with the Apple Standard EULA and App Store rules.

Subscriptions

Emerveil offers paid subscriptions with monthly and yearly billing options.

Prices vary by region and currency and are displayed in the App Store before purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

User Content

All content you create in the App remains your property.

iCloud Sync

If enabled, Emerveil may sync your data using Apple CloudKit. iCloud sync is provided by Apple and may be delayed or unavailable due to network or account conditions.

Acceptable Use

• Misuse or attempt to disrupt the App
• Reverse engineer or tamper with the App
• Use the App in violation of applicable laws

Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Emerveil and its developer shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes

These Terms may be updated from time to time.
